the original lewis carol dodo bird
in the original movie, the dodo bird is an old inventor that walks with a cane. he is on the side of the queen, so we should try to portray him as having a cold personality

Close-up of Flowers
Notice how all of the flowers have distinct personalities? Their face shape and everything reflects their personality, as opposed to the first movie in which they all have the same personality.

Mad hatter
Well, here's my first post. I hope the picture posts with it 'cause I'm not sure I used it correctly.
While the style of this costume is too punk for our production, the use of buttons and lace is rather neat. This hatter also seems a bit too color-coordinated, but there's still some pattern work in the under layers that looks great.
Labels
A note to the posters:
Please start writing labels for your posts as our blog page count is getting large. The place where you can put "labels" is at the bottom of the box, but above the "Publish Post" and "Save Now" buttons.
Swirl
OK guys, here's the update from the Tech team:
We're working on the background for the "Alice falls into the rabbit hole" scene. We have got one swirl:
However, we are considering using another one:

tweedle dee and dum
It's just a thought, but I think that the Tweedles shouldn't look like the ones from the 2010 Alice in Wonderland, but instead they should have identical suits. (Black suit, white tie, ... etc. Post what you think)

Annie Leibovitz is an exceptionally famous photographer (you've seen her pictures even if you don't know it). Here is her rendition of Alice:

Do you think we should have all the Alices with their natural hair color, or perhaps have them wear all brown wigs??? Ideas, thoughts? Do we want to emulate the real Alice Liddel?

Posting on the Blog
Hi All:
I thought I would give you a couple of pointers if you are having trouble.
1) Everyone basically has a blogger account BECAUSE you have a google account. If you want to sign up with a different address you can, but all you need is your go.oes.edu email address- your normal password should work on blogger. Just sign in like you would for your school email.
2) It will give you a username option when you accept the invitation to the blog- that is where you pick your pseudonym.
3) If you have never used blogger before I have found a very helpful (if not somewhat DRY) tutorial. This one is good- I looked at many and she will help you tons if you have never done it before!

You will be redirected to YouTube for these videos. If you have done some blogging before, you can view other tutorials, by picking them from the sidebar, which might be shorter and quicker.
Hope this Helps- 'The Other Alice' (aka Ms. R)

Shrinking and Growing Alice Video
Ok, so this is my idea for the scenes of Alice shrinking and it would be reverse for the growing scenes... It's just terrible quality and if we were to do this for the real thing i would probablly have a different video for each alice so the silhouette matches the actress, it would also be on a green screen so we dont have the huge chunks missing out of alice...Also it says its over 3 mins long for some weird reason... its only like 5 seconds long
